The hotel, though old, seems poorly managed. No parking due to occasional parties, had to park outside in dust, despite a security guard later arranging a spot. Check-in delayed by 30 mins. On the upside, the room was spacious with a smart TV. However, the bathroom exhaust was too noisy. Overall, not the best experience, but the affordable price and good location make it somewhat acceptable.

We had a great time staying at this hotel, and extended our stay by a day as well. Location is superb in MI Road, famous Lassiwala and Jalmahal icecream shops within few metres. The staff is very prompt and well mannered. Wi-Fi was superb, and the breakfast spread was awesome as well. Rooms are very spacious and well ventilated.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The amenities were top-notch, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious and well-appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Me with my family stayed here.Booked 2 rooms for Triple occupancy for 4 days 22nd September to 26th September. Rooms very big n clean. Breakfast Buffet was okay.Taste of the food was not very good. Couldn't enjoy swimming pool as it was very dirty .Inspite of complaining about it we found it very dirty . Overall Hotel is good.Location is very good. If you want to enjoy swimming pool then this is not the place .But if you want big spacious rooms for family then it's a good choice. Veg food option is very limited on room service menu.

Basic amenities like tissues during meal service and table cleaning post-meal should be standard and shouldn't require constant reminders. On a positive note, the housekeeping team deserves recognition for dedication to their work. They ensured that the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable throughout my stay. In summary, this hotel has the potential to be a great place to stay, thanks to its location and room quality. However, it's essential for the management to address the manmade WiFi issues, room service, and better range of snack offerings to provide a more enjoyable and hassle-free experience for guests.

beautiful property with humble staff..i visited for business conference and was satisfied with service..i was alloted Room 506 which had some plumbing issue for which I called, they addressed them as best they could..Even after checkout I was allowed to wait for my train in lobby. staff is polite and always happy to help. will surely visit again, if opportunity arise.
