Vesta International - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

I would never recommend this hotel to the travellers who are looking for a stay for couple of days. The staff at reception are highly unprofessional while providing the rooms and also they charge an early check-in of 1k. Rooms are very small and prices are just on the peak. Definitely if you just want the hotel infrastructure and ambience to be looked out you can surely book this hotel. Rooms are terrible. Location of the hotel : Good Food : Expensive and not good Special Note to Hotel owner : Had a poor experience with the reception staff at hotel (Mr. Sushil). Poor assistance and very rude during check-in and check-out. Delay in room service.

I wish we read few reviews before we even thought of booking in such a worse hotel for our stay. Worst experience with the reception staff. No manners, no courtesy. Just full of disrespect. No concern for customers safety. No follow up. Torn sheets. Overflowing bathrooms. My suggestion for NRIs or any human who wants to be treated like human -just stay away. Only humans in this so called great hotel were the cleaning staff.

We were boys and girls group on our first trip worried about our safety, money, and everything. But it was the best decision to book this hotel. The staff (especially Shama Ma'am in house keeping and janki mam) took every step in every way to ensure we feel safe. Every person working there was very polite and helpful. Apart from this, the food was very excellent, cleanliness and hygiene was on point, and our every destination was in 20-30 min radius from the property. It is totally worth the price you are paying. I will definitely suggest this property to everyone around me. 10/10 ratings from my side

Nice hotel at a central location in close proximity with railway station, metro and bus terminal. We booked it at great prices from Travel India Travel Safe. @travelindiatravelsafe.

As soon as we entered we were greeted by a lady at the front desk with a smile. She made us sit comfortably and made us fill the form. we had arrived at 10:30 am so were not worried as checkin time had not yet come. But even without asking She gave us early checkin. This is Great service.... Rooms are also spacious and their service and house keeping is also pretty fast

Great experience. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The inhouse pantry is delicious and healthy. Loved the overall ambience. Although the location is not very tidy and an instant pick, apart from that it was a fun experience. Kudos to team Vesta.

It seems that I have different standards for what Google has listed as a four-star hotel. At best, this was three. My first room had dirty/stained walls, mildew on the shower curtain, and dirty towels and bedding. I asked to be moved and the second room was marginally better, but still needs a good cleaning. Clean the headboards and the entire bathroom, use non-threadbare towels, get rid of the LIZARD in the bathroom, and fix the non-working television and elevator. This hotel has spent a lot of money on the exterior and common areas, but does not maintain nor clean their rooms.

According to me the rooms needed a little bit of renovation, also we stayed 3 people in a single room there wasn't much space but still they added an extra bed in the room as we paid for it. Overall Ok. Service is good.
