Very very poor service. service person don't no how to behav. As I am person with disability i got there wheels bike and i went for serviceing for my bike they keept me for more the two hours after i asked them service person behave very rudely. One of side kit welding got cut off after several request day ignore me. Because of them even I made with accident. owner of the company even has me to claim the insurance and after claiming the insurance. Ower is not given me the quotation. He is just playing with me

Worst service don't take your bike here i had given my Vespa for servicing still it's not working properly giving me problems.... even they told me they will wash my bike after servicing but instead they just put water on it and all the dirt was there nothing was cleaned and that staff is saying me when I asked them it's still dirty they are like take your bike and go it's washed we won't clean again

Very irregular follow up by service center... bike given for service 4 days ago was told will be informed when ready and no repsonse.. Called the service center on Friday and was informed will call back, no response. Called back on Saturday and was informed will call back and no reply yet. Sunday holiday looking for Monday ... . 3rd Oct 10.45 a.m Called on Monday the Owner Evancio and he was a pleasant person who immediately gave me a number to call. Awaiting phone call from the service center. 11.17a.m service center called me back and explained the issue about wiring. It should take time which is genuinely the issue. Issue was more on follow up with customer rather than the issue. Tuesday: Service Center still not called back. Wednesday: Holiday. Thursday: A courtesy call was given and told the bike has an electric issue. Will be adviced on Friday. Finally got the bike on following Monday. Unfortunately had asked for a replacement seat and that was found with defects. Seat is paid for but now waiting for replacement.. ..so the saga continues
