You get the rooms and some mini days of like a swimming pool that's it no room service no quality foods. Nothing you can expect even online payments are not allowed but at the price that they are giving you rooms are very good. So for boys it's good, but for the couples I think might be Not suitable
Wonderful experience! I visit annually, everytime I feel the vibe gets better and better. Go and check for yourselves - u won't be disappointed. Just 250 or 500 metres from Calangute Beach ( ofcourse through lanes ).

The location is very good quiet and nearby to calungute beach.. the rooms were spacious and clean..the staff was very helpful..they have a restaurant inside the resort the food was gud....
Nice place if you are tight in budget. Rooms are ok. No problem staff. Parking an issue for 4 wheeler. Pool is decent.
Don't ever go to this place. Pictures look good but place is very bad and congested. We had booked this for 9 people. CONS: The crowd is very cheap. There are no shacks nearby, so you will have a bad time. The beach from the resort don't give good vibe. Rooms are way to small and congested than the pictures. No proper parking area. Very small pool which is always over crowed Really bad room service. Arrogant staff. We had 3 such incidents where we were spoken rudely for asking to change towels on day 2. We changed the resort on the 2nd day itself (it was booked for 5 days) and moved to PRIMO BOM TERRA RESORT almost for the same prices . PROS: Only good thing about this place is the fish and curry restaurant which is very economical and food is good.
