All 5 star ratings are fake to attract more customers (for hospital its customers not patients as they loot money from them and dont even care of patients life). Very bad experience. Doctors are not well trained. Does not bother to share patient details to their relatives. Only policies displayed in hospital. Hospital staff is also rude. Before admission their behaviour is very good but after admission it changes. I had admitted my father in hospital and my father was suffering from ITA (ischamic transient attack) he was recovering and suddenly one day he got cardiac arrest and passed away. On the same day was followup and i brought to doctor's notice that father could not breathe properly, but doctor take routine checkup and discharge and the same day my father got cardiac arrest and passed away. Doctor do not tell the actual condition of the patient to their relatives. Even does not share patients examination/test reports with relatives. If your dear ones have minor diseases which is not danger to life then only take to hospital. Specially if the patient is old please take to another hospital. I have learnt from the mistake and paid highest for the same as i lost my father. So no one should miss their dear ones, thats why i express the facts.

This is the most unprofessional hospital i have ever experience from staff to the So called doctor are pathetic in whole different level, before staff Doctor must be educated How not to be rude arrogant poor service provider this hospital is always behind money and they will charge you for the things which was even not in use. we were foolish enough thts we didn't read the review of the hospital and hospitise the patient. Municipality Hospital are more professional than this.

Doctors are very polite, cooperative and understanding. Need to work more on the amenity. The cleaning staff (maushi's) needs to be trained. At times they talk very rudely and gets irritated and they are disturb the patients by talking very loudly.

My sister was hospitalised in venus due to fever and later in reports multiple things came out like typhoid,urine infection...however the dr didnt gave proper medication to her, pathetic service and very unprofessional behaviour of dr...Nurse/sister are very rude and doesn't know how to treat patient. While asking for bills and amount receptionist again answered Me in very rude manner. I wish Nobody should face hospitalisation but if situation arries please dont get admit in Venus hospital. Unnecessary charges they add in your bills and service is ZERO

Yes! this is one of the best hospitals and deserve 5star rationg. I will definitely recommend this hospital to my friends and colleagues . All staff are very helpful and they take care of their patients like family members Not only doctor and nurse's but also housekeeping and reception staff is also very supportive My brother was admitted for more than 19 days in this hospital and i was with him I specifically thankful to Dr Shailendra Sir,as an doctor he did very good job by providing one of the best medical treatment to my brother and moral support to me in that period in terms of payments and other issues.

Best Hospital i have ever seen. Caring Doctors & staff. Also well number of facilities and Services. My whole family is thankful to Dr. Shailendra Sir who treats patient like his own family. He pulled back my father twice from deaths door. Its been almost 5 years my family and close relatives got treatments done here. We now trust Dr. Shailendra like friend more than a Doctor.
