Hospital insurance staff doesn't support for insurance work. They always tell to come later. They didn't provide cashless facility. Also they took 3 days just tell that we need to pay the bill and later you will get reimbursement. When we went for second followup they just told to come next day. The staff is very rude they won't speak properly.

The service given is horrible unless you are persistently asking the staff to do their work. Doctors are patient to listen but do nothing when super speciality is needed. They won't refer the patients to other hospitals ( even when their condition deteriorates!!) Even though there are no doctors to handle such emergencies. The general physicians are the worst of all. They talk nice words when you go for routine check up but don't care when the patient gets seriously sick. Elderly patients in particular are just left to die! It is really sad but true.

Best hospital for meternity and for cashless treatment. The doctors are very kind and even reachable over call during emergency. The wards are very clean and hygienic.They have separate cashless department which is very difficult to find in tier 2 cities. They have a tie up with medi budddy app which covers maximum all cashless insurance.

I had a great experience there the hospital have well maintained surroundings and responsive staff and doctors. Nurse team will take care patients very well.the emergency staff are quick and fast there work and dedication is top level. I am really thankful for this hospital and staff Doctors nurses.

Good co-ordination between all the department. Nurses behavior is very polite and respond quickly and promptly. Thanks to Dr. Chaitanya Khemalapure for making us understand about the surgery process which made us comfortable for taking decision.

much delay in discharge summary given. I have paid my bill in 12.30 . but your employee given discharge summary at 3.45. we waited for 3 hour and that to no response was given we asked. So management take a look at this situation.

We had a really good experience with the hospital. All consultants are good. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is really good. The diagnosis and treatment of the doctors make sense. Transparency at every step, specially at billing.

The cleaning staffs Don't have manners how to talk with another persons or their family members staff have so many egos I hate it so that's why I'm giving this review nd only one star
