Their service have improved a lot ! Spacious rooms , full AC and clean bathrooms , washing machine .. and what else you need ! 2 lady staffs are very great employees for this apartment service.

Worst experience ever. We booked entire apartment for 4 nights to accommodate our guests who came to attend my sister's engagement ceremony. We had to leave the apartment after one night stay because of being badly embarrassed by sheer unprofessional and unwelcoming treatment by the staff present there. The facilities mentioned in the website and on google maps are fake. They lack even basic acumen to run a hospitality business. Following are few of the many short comings:- 1. They don't have adequate buckets and mugs in washrooms. When asked to provide buckets, the staff brought empty paint drums.. I mean can you imagine this happening to your guests.. 2. There was no water running through the bathroom taps the entire night and was only provided the next morning when asked for.. Is it not the responsibility of the staff to ensure that the water tanks are filled before hand. 3. They provide kitchen facility which is for name sake.. the cutlery present there is inadequate and whatever available are substandard... we had to bring our own cutlery.. 4. After being repeatedly told before hand that one of the AC is not functional and even after requesting to make it functional before the guest arrive, it was not done so... 5. There are no dustbins and they expect us to litter the property.. 6. The staff present there behaves as if they are doing us a favour by providing a stay.. they are not responsive.. but they are quick to ask for tips.. heights of shameless is that when we were leaving the property due to the above mentioned flaws, they still expect a huge tip..

Good in hygiene but poor in service. Ac in 3 rooms didnt work and no one responded. Huge parking issue.

Even though we gave very advance intimation of cancellation of booking there is no response from them. Very unprofessional in responding to genuine queries on refund. Multiple calls, mails and even visits to the property went unattended. Book this at your own risk

We have celebrated our Shastipoorthi function recently at Venky's. Very nice place and homely atmosphere. We had a great time with our family members and memorable. Mr.Chaitanya and Mr. Prasad is very much helpful and extended excellent service . We are very much happy and thankful to the Venky's management.

It's simple best peaceful and tidy place to stay. it's just like home,rooms are really spacious and worth every penny and the locality is also calm and peaceful it's very much near to parade grounds and also near to railway station and it's very much safe 24/7watch man available at our service

It was a decent stay, well on the expensive side but was comfortable. The staff, room service and management were very decent and good. I only would like to mention the dinning was not to our liking. Overall Excellent
