Dear Hospital Administration, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the rude and unfriendly behavior exhibited by both the medical shop inside hospital staff and the nursing staff during my recent visit to your hospital. The lack of professionalism and compassion displayed by these individuals has left me greatly dissatisfied with the overall quality of care provided by your institution. Firstly, upon entering the medical shop which is inside hospital on 5-July-2023, I approached a staff member with a genuine need for medication. However, I was met with an astonishing level of rudeness and impatience. The individual in question seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns and exhibited a dismissive and condescending attitude. This type of behavior is entirely unacceptable and undermines the trust and confidence patients place in your hospital. Additionally, I was disheartened by the lack of friendliness and empathy displayed by some of the nursing staff. Throughout my stay at the hospital, I encountered several nursing professionals who appeared disengaged and uninterested in providing the necessary care and support. Their demeanor conveyed a sense of indifference, and it was evident that they were not willing to go the extra mile to ensure patients felt comfortable and well-cared for. As a patient, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect, empathy, and kindness. The behavior of both the medical shop inside the hospital staff and the nursing staff I encountered falls far below these standards. It is crucial for your administration to address these incidents promptly and take the necessary actions to rectify the situation. even one star is waste for this hospital. This hospital employs only its dumb relatives as doctors example vivek ch who seldom knows anything. Waste doctor with lady voice ( hilarious) I was wondered how a man can speak with lady voice. that's why he doesn't communicate properly and behaves as if he is some hero /heroine .very un professional and rude hospital. goto this hospital if you dont find any in ongole. Dumbest doctors with out any ethics. don t know how this trained doctors will treat the patients with out proper knowledge.

Worst hospital with worst maintenance. I do not suggest this hospital to anyone as their maintenance is very poor. They don't have upi scanner at lab test bill counter and they are asking for liquid cash every time. Nowadays, everything is digitalized but they are asking liquid cash still. Is this to manipulate the accounts? I'm not sure how the inspection officers are not taking any actions on this hospital? I am requesting concern authorities to take action on this

I have recently done surgery in that hospital. Doctor beheaviour is good. Helping nature and testing taking care is good. @Sandeep he is specialist for E. N. T. He is giving proper answer and guidance for my issue. Thanks

Very worst nursing behavior very unprofessional nurses and even doctors also very rude to patients. I hered something about this hospital when I visited it personally is most worst services.

Worst administration literally.. Doctor timings are senseless ..No doctor seem to be available to the patients ..Even if we called helpdesk they are uncertain about doctor timings ..They just playing with mindsets of the patients.. Patients are not meant to be waiting all the day .. Maintain some values and ethics ..We keep on going to this hospital for long time .. Ofcourse nurses and other staff are highly educated athey ..

Worest hosptal I have seen till date. We met dr.sandheep ENT surgeon..Evey time we met doctor his compounder(shiva) used ask 2k , 3k , 5k for extra charges without any bill..he just used to write on paper 4k asked us to pay this amount to me. He is collecting lots of money without bills.. Please stay away from this sort hospitals. management please take a note of it and take some action on those sort of people. In my case shiva.

Worst behaviour By doctor Jeevan He didn't talk respectfully with patients. And that op time nurse also behaving rudely with patients .
