Venkata Sai PG for Gents - Boy's Hostel in Chennai - Chennai, India

One of the worst pg in terms of accommodation and food. They were charge 10k per AC rooms which is highest in nearby hostel Plus current bill 1.5k per person so charge around 3k bill for the room. They maintain very cheap lowstandard behaviour by treating they have huge floating of employes searching every day for pg so they don't consider the staying person. They lost nothing when you want to leave the pg but you don't have the choice to look for another pg because it's difficult to find the pg near by the company which is vacant.

Worst PG, bath water is worst and somedays water colour is in yellowish which means it is mixed with drainage Owner is very money minded. They will not return your advance while vacating. Food is not tasty at all and cook is unhygienic too. Washing machine is old model and your clothes will get damaged for sure

This pg is not good. Owner is money minded and only care about the money though owner talk decently Pros - cleanliness, wifi speed. Cons - tasteless food, not enough bike parking, extremely high rent, not even curtain for windows, full of mosquitoes

I went to the hostel by seeing some good ratings in Google but while talking to the people who are staying there. They told all positive reviews were given by hostel owners and their families.. That one guy told For dosai and chapati they are not applying oil so after sometime it's get dried. If complating the issue to owner's they behave rudely saying. We will do like this only and if u wish stay else go somewhere and we won't return the advance. I asked that person they why are you still here he told he had already paid the money for whole month and that's why he is adjusting and he told hostel owners tried to slap him while asking for advance Money

Please read the full comments before choosing this hostel One of the worst hostel . One simple example. I stayed in two sharing room ac room for 7000 and I paid advance of 2000 . While joining they told inclusive of food it is 7000 and after few days of joining they asked do you want food. I said yes and suddenly they told if you want food you have to pay extra other than 7000 rent. I told them while joining you told inclusive of food only 7000. Later after arguing they told 7000 only.. I asked them Do you deduct any money for maintanence. They told no and asked them several times and they told no maintanence fee and we will repay you full advance amount while vacating.. You know what!! How much they returned me while vacating .. out of Rs2000 they returned Rs200 only They have an explanation for that as maintanence feeRs 500 , eb bill Rs500 and I vacated on March 3 morning so for March 1 and 2 they charged 400 rupees per day so for two days they charged 800 I asked them 7000/30 = 230 rupees per day. So for two days rent is 460 let's take approximately 500 . I told them the same and asked to return me maintanence fee Rs500 and remaining Rs300 which they charged extra as rent. But they cheated and returned 200 only and while asking they behave rudely and just returned 200 out of 2000 advance Now you think and decide what to do ! I got cheated but my dear friends don't waste your Hard earned money for Sambhar which cooked on Sunday and you gonna eat it on Monday morning. For the same price you can get decent hostel with polite owners.. Note:. Owners are threating me to remove review's and I have all call recordings and their whatsapp messages.. and I'll upload it in social media and share the link in comments

Good and decent pg. Food and maintenance is well maintained.

Worst pg ever, not recommended

PG neatness is good when compared to other PGs over here.. Management is good.
