The receptionist is very very rude and he does not have basic manners also, I took my baby for consultation for the first time to this hospital and the person in the reception did not even allow us and he didn't take down my daughters name also in the consultation list and he said I need to come in at 7am in the morning stand in the line and get the name entered in the OP list and travel back 100 km again and then come again for doctors checkup, how mean is that. I requested him that I will wait till the last OP as I have come from so far and baby is unwell, even then he didn't let me in. Firstly there is no phone number available to call and take the appointment, secondly the receptionist himself telling even if you call I don't consider it because u need to directly come in take the appointment. Worst experience I had and finally I ended up showing my daughter in another hospital. Not sure why the doctor keeps such people in reception coz the doctor will be inside and he doesn't know what and all this guy does outside.
Very patient doctor, listens to all problems and suggests only required tests and medication. No unnecessary bills. Strongly recommended. Only thing is wait time is high. Thanks.
Very bad Receptionist. He don't know how to behave and he's showing favoritism among patients list. Even you go and ask for appointment at 7am he gives you some random number and he will give starting numbers to his favorites
Good treatment but... they will allow only one person with kid... they allow 2person with kid is very good to ask all doubt and parents also feel little free... only for this I gave 3star otherwise I will give 4 to 5star

When i called at 3.58 pm, he said appointment will be taken after 4pm. Called for appointment at 4.02pm and he said my token number is 20.how come 20 appointments with in 2min. Receptionist is very very bad person
Better to change the Receptionist. Receptionists are to give hospitality to all visitors not only to the selected people.
