I recently attended the yoga class at Vengalat House of Yoga, and it was a truly a very good experience. Rejila ma'ams guidance was exceptional. Her instructions were clear, and she seamlessly guided the class through each pose. Her positive energy and encouragement created a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the Yoga class was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it to both beginners and experienced practitioners

I have been taking yoga classes here for more than a month. I really enjoy it. The teacher is very kind and helpful. She is academically qualified to teach yoga and has a lot of experience. I had back pain from bulging disc in three places in my spine. Now I dont feel any pain and have excellent mobility. Although the class includes other students, she gives close attention to my specific issues and gives variation of asanas that are appropriate for me. The class includes meditation, breathing exercise, mobility exercise, traditional asanas, pranayama, and general workout. The teacher not only focuses on the physical aspects of yoga, but also gives clear guidance in mental well being, emotional stability, and lifestyle awareness. There is a huge difference in having a body that looks good and having a body that is healthy. Gyms may help in the former, but yoga gives a wholistic and balanced way of life. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of joining to give it a go. They also have online classes, but I do not know much about it as I have only been to the offline class.

It's a fantastic place to learn and practice Yoga. Rejila teacher is a great teacher and also a brilliant communicator, fully committed to explaining the benefits of each exercise and asanas to the students. Highly recommended place. They have an online live class as well, helps during the Monsoon seasons .

Online yoga class under our instructor is so lively and energetic. We learn not only asanas but also good habitual changes to see positivity in everything. Live online class helps my body to become flexible, release mind stress, energetic.
