Velscourt is our regular stay stop while being to Palani for past 3 years . This time Stayed for a day last week , Rooms are neat but service is very bad and rude behaviour of staffs . Receptionist are of an attitude that they providing free rooms to us . The blue shirt cleaning ladies are the worse and behave rude to the customers . Management should concentrate more on hospitality and double think while appointing staffs.
Hotel is at a walkable distance from Pazhani winch station. No complimentary breakfast available. Limited car parking facility . We were told hot water is available for showering but didn't receive the same. Room is hygienic. But bathroom isn't good enough.Overall okay but can give better room services. Room rent is little on the pricier side. Good view of Pazhani temple from the hotel balcony.
Whenever we go to Palani we stay in this hotel. They have maintained the quality of rooms throughout the years. They had restaurant earlier but now it's been shut down.
No food service. AC not working and no response when informed. TV cable not recharged so not working. Parking space needs improvement at backyard. Price is bit high for only stay.

Service is worst no manners. Staff and manager say if you need stay of find other hotel. Really a manager talk so harsh and food is not included.
We recently stayed here for our temple visit. The hotel front desk staff was very kind to us. The rooms are decent for a 2 star hotel. The room was pretty clean. The bathroom could be improved. However, bathroom had running hot water in the morning. Overall, if you don't intend to stay for a long time, this hotel is quite comfortable and is located at a stones throw away from the temple. Had a pleasant stay there. A decent hotel. Restaurant is not functioning as of now. Courteous and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean linens. Very good king size beds are available. We used ac deluxe rooms. Air Conditioner was slightly faulty and kept on making unnecessary noticed throughout the night. Finally we had to switch of the same. Bathroom required more cleaning. It is so close to Winch station. Hot water is available 24 hours. Recommended.
