From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was greeted by the warmest and most welcoming staff I have ever encountered. Their exceptional customer service set the tone for the entire stay. Worst food. I ordered a veg thali and mutton kosha, the thali had only rice, dal, bhindi bhaja and one aloo shobha. Bhindi was over fried and teto, daal had no salt, the quantity of rice was not enough for one person. The mutton was stale, it was stinking and very oily. The overall experience was worst.
