This was my first good experience in a gym, the instructor Narren is amazing, he understands what is required. He also helps with diet. Due to personal reasons I had to quit but I enjoyed my time here!

Worst gym i have experienced the gym trainer is the one who doesnt care abt the clients he neither gets bothered abt the clients he just say the excercise and leave it to us and not even a single equipment is proper maintained

I joined Personal Training with Arjun. He is an extremely professional trainer. The best thing about him is he can very quickly assess your strength, body type and and train you Accordingly. The gym has all the equipment and its decent enough . I visited couple of gyms before . But found velocity gym is best in the surrounding areas. I suggest you visit the place and speak to Arjun and you can understand what I am speaking about. He is the best trainer you can find around .
