Best ENT Dr in Vellore. I have visited so many ENT clinics in and around katpadi. He exactly identified the problem and suggested the medicine. The waiting time is more these days. Dr started consulting around 11 am and 7 PM. The token system may be streamlined with timing. Please make a notice board for the double mask. The tablets are heavy dose and quite expensive.

The Worst Patient Attender at front. No proper timing information about Doctor's availability. No hospitality.

Worst experience, fully money minded !! They don't give any bills, they say amounts everything by words

Very worst experience. The doctor given wrong medicines to me. I got bloody painful eyes due to that. Never go there. The staff and the doctor are behaving rude. The doctor never listens to the queries of the patient and he literally told me not to speak. The doctor prescribed me 12 medicines. Actually, a doctor should not prescribe more than 3 medicines but, he does.. The lift is not working there. If we are in the upstairs. We have to go down down through the stairs.And say to the watchman to on the lift... Then we have to go up and come down by that lift... This is totally worst experience i have ever experienced... He told me to do blood test and ear wax removal . But the reason I went was for throat pain.

Experienced doctors, very satisfied treatment. Went for Ear and ear pain in left ear previously went to cmc for ENT problem not satisfied. So went to Dr Fayaz. Excellent treatment. Ear was cleaned endoscopically and doctor showed the infection ear testing was done. Pure tone Audiogram and Impedance Audiometry was done. Treatment was done accordingly. Worse staffs and harsh behaviour....they hesitate even tp put a fan ....if u visit the hospital always there is an problem of harse behaviour of working staffs .....no Gpay and cards available..... Even no system is there for saving patients history...

Very worst ENT hospital I never seen before. Staffs are not professional. Particularly token giving female is very rude and arrogant. Doctor fayaz looks professional but definitely not. I experienced with this doctor, when I explain about my problem, Doctor fayaz raise his hand to stop explanation, even I didn't talk too much just 30sec I explained. This attitude is really worst. I saw so many Doctor, no one interact when patient start explain about our problem. Once the patients finished explanation, then only Doctor diagnose and give treatment. But fayaz didn't want to listen patient problem just give prescription for 10days. These behaviour shows how professional he is?

I went to this hospital to check on my jaw popping sensation issue, I had this every time I eat, speak or yawn. Reasons for giving them 1 star: 1. Not punctual I called them to book an appointment, but the staff told me to come directly to the hospital at 5:00 PM. We had to wait for like 2 hours. Reason: Doctor wasn't there. Not just me, there were many patients waiting for the doctor with no proper social-distancing. 2. Rude staffs: When I asked why the doctor was late, she were extremely rude while responding. 3. Money Minded: Whatever issue you go for, they will do ear wax and will charge you extra money. All the money goes to Doctor's pocket. They don't have swipe machine too. Cannot buy the doctor prescribed medicines from other pharmacies. Note: Please wear double masks, if not they will ask yu to buy 1 mask for Rs.5. 4. Doctor never Listens and gave me wrong medicines: He didn't even let me explain my issues, by just hearing my few words, he went on and prescribing some medicines. After few hours of taking the medicine, I vomited continuously for like 10 times. After checking with the nearest clinic, they said the vomiting was induced due to the medicine & told me that medicine was too heavy for me and suggested to stop.
