Absolutely waste. Went for ear cleaning, they charged 450(300 for consultation but there was zero consultation given nor I wanted). Money minded hospital. Please avoid

Waste time and unwanted expense.. I went for ENT treatment last two months.. Problem is eardrum hole.. Before I went 2 doctors for this problem.. They said operation is only the solution.. Because it's chronic.. But here they treat 2 months for healing by the medicines but chances is only 2 percentage of people he said..It's ok.. Me also cooperate.. But one of the irritating matter is... I Met doctor 5 times in the treatment period.. He ask every time what is the problem? Even my file already kept on his table by staffs.. My suggestion change the question instead how is it now? for what is the problem?... Now i recover by another doctor simply

Treatment is good but very less payment option... Only cash... How people will know the fees before and no ATMs nearby.. please provide more payment option like card, G-Pay, ptm etc...

The diagnosis and the treatment are good. But cost is high. Though consultation fee is kept less, u can be sure that it's not going to stop there. They'll get your money in other ways such as additional tests and medicines. I was given inappropriate medicines which was sold to me for money and experienced side effects. So, be well informed. However, I also acknowledge this hospital helped me solve my problem despite these cons. So, kindly demand information that u deserve to know and be well informed. But also feeling sad for ignorant people who go to such hospitals. Don't know whom to blame, whether the govt which makes life costly or the doctors who try to cope with it.

Thank you doctor for the excellent treatment . I Appreciate you and your staffs.I have seen the staffs become target when they advice the patients to put Mask. It is for saftey of other patients, Even staffs and doctor are exposed. I salute the doctors and staff's for giving service during this tough covid times. He instructed us not to remove mask and speak with mask .he was mentioning that many remove mask while talking with doctor. These are tough covid times which we all should understand and co-operate with doctor. Once again thank you doctor and his team

Well experienced doctor and ENT unit is completely equipped with wide spectrum of diagnostic and therapeutic sets of equipment's, microscope and fibre optics facilities are technically equipped well to perform complete set of ENT related endoscopic procedures. A team of well-trained medical staffs and nurses are available on the mentioned time frame. Excellent services and consultation about ENT symptoms and treatment for the patients coming to the hospital via as outpatient clinic. Highly recommended hospital in Vellore.

Came for ear pain here for my spouse and we found ourself before visiting the hospital that there is a wound in the left ear. We were looking for the reason that caused it but left unanswered as the doctor were telling that it was caused by us due to poking. We felt that the cleaning was not done properly, couldn't make it as a big concern due to COVID time. Here are the charges that we paid Consultation - Rs. 250 Ear cleaning charge(just one ear) - Rs.50 Audiogram test - Rs. 250 Medicines - Rs. 335 Record - Rs.10 Though the wait time is high and appreciate their availability and service even during these pandemic time. I'd recommend this hospital only if the proper explanation is given without repeated queries, transparant service and providing bills voluntarily.

Waste of money. Ent Dr does not carrying about patients. He is only money minded. He is not answering our doubts. He don't listen whatever we asking. He is very rude and said that he can't give more than five minute for a patient. So best to try other clinic. Don't waste your time and money.
