Velloor Heritage Homestay is a 150 year old house located in the river side of Muvattupuzha. This property is neatly maintained and all staffs are very much supportive. You will feel that you are in your home not in a hotel or resort. Property is located in the heart of city and evrything is eaaly accessible.

We had a great home-like experience during the stay. This place has well maintained and clean rooms and is located in a calm area a bit away from town.

Home away from home. The place where you could stay like your home you never knew. Very vintage like architecture surrounded by a lot of trees. Anybody who visits this place is going to love it for the peacefulness that it gives.

Brilliant stay for 22 days, felt like going to my grandma's house, felt refreshed in morning with the access to the near-by river walkway, homely food and the sight of the river. Highly recommended for people who enjoy's nature and truly cares about them

This place does not feel like a hotel or resort. It's premium house in the banks of a river. A traditional house truly a home away home with all facilities. For getting similar facilities in a 100km radius, you might have to pay almost 2 times the price. And I don't think a similar facility is available nearby. River in 20 meters. Friendly staff. Ideal for families. This place is a good option for foreigners staying for longer period. Owner of the house Sindhu Ma'am is very clear in communication and there for any help. This house is situated in the heart of the city, so people coming for wedding or any auspicious occasions can use this home as an alternative solution.
