Veliyil castle - Motel in Pallipuram - Alappuzha, India

A new place, guess only a year old yet wonderful place to be with its location, good parking space, good ambience of the restaurant on ground floor. They have banquet setup for bigger functions like marriages, engagements, business conferences etc. Staff is friendly, helping and supporting; we were passing through the area as part of our long journey and happen to visit this place. The manager at the restaurant was helping and guided us to make the right choices for our food befitting our non-south Indian appetite.

Admin and reception need a bit of groom up. We had booked for 2 days but reservation was made only for one. Check out process also bit long and needs more coordination with management. Size of TV in room needs to be bigger for the distance between bed and TV. Service at the restaurant was good but need more variety. But overall the stay was good.

We conducted our son's birthday function at Veliyil castle. The hotel has great ambience and wonderful atmosphere. They entire function was well organised and their staffs were incredibly helpful and polite. The food was amazing and every guest invited to the function had a great time and enjoyed the feast. Many thanks to all the staffs and GM (Jomon) for making the function memorable. We highly recommend Veliyil castle .

Good ambience ;service is extremely poor;time and human resource management extremely poor;not safe to covene with guests more than 300; food is extremely delicious ;arrangement for dining ,wash area and desserts is unbecoming of a luxury business hotel;won't be a choice for our next event

We have conducted a wedding function for 1000 people on 9th July. Hotel has done an excellent job organising the entire function efficiently. Food and service were excellent.

It's a great place to stay.... The staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Restaurant service are excellent & foods are delicious. Rooms condition also excellent. Well maintained hospitality. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Veliyil Castles hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

Located near to Cherthala. This hotel is just a year old. Rooms are good. There is banquet hall for conducting functions. Car parking space is lavish.
