Good Response for customers.... They gave my vehicle before promised time...Due to my Schedule

Staff Behaviour is Best and service quality and time is good enough but the service ticket booking is only taking in mornings I don't know why

I left my bike for service. The employee was very friendly and asked the issues clearly & cleared the issues. He didn't make any extra changes above that. He helped to reduce the expenses. But the cons. are showrooms are billing higher I feel by charging for the small parts like screws, bolts. But the service was good. The extra parts like attaching the side box are not done there and I have changed from outside workshop. Even, like for changing the tyre they had ceat company but I needed to change MRF, so I bought it outside and gave it to them. They accepted it and changed.

I do service my bike last week. Service is good. My old parts return properly. Service cost reasonable.

Very very worst service Weast of money.... For service they charge 900rs but didn't complete water wash also... Not only first time Continuously 3 times they did mistake... Feel Really bad....

Very poor service, billing the customer arbitrarily, the way they behave is so annoying, when are you going to realize that customer satisfaction is all that matters.-10/10

I was very interested in Xpulse200 4V, And I've asked them for a test drive. But they didn't even properly replied. Very disappointed.

Not satisfied with the service. After few days of vehicle service the parts not not functioning properly. Secondly, I asked them to return the faulty part which got replacement with new one. But they gave wrong one back. They hide it in a cover to make sure customer don't notice it. I feel it cheating.
