Facilities wise velan hospital more preferable in Trichy. Treatment from doctors and care from nursing are good. particularly their insurance team (Mrs. Mohana) support was very appreciable.

I Admitted my wife for High BP on 27th August 2023 night , Doctors treatment was very nice , staff nurses and room cleaners were very poious and excellent , particularly room number 306 is very spacious and affordable price compared to other hospitals in trichy . Thanks to the Management for keeping xlent doctors and Staffs , especially emergency Staffs are very good and their listen to us completely and patiently .

Hospital care good but medicine stock maintenance poor and the cost of consultancy high comparatively other multispeciality Hospital. Op fees also high. dr.rajavel and Dr.sundaraman both are very good to handle patients and decision making and the way to approach the patient also good.

Very very poor totally wasted your money only here...service is very poor all nursing staff is un experienced and stupid they only ask for money every time..I went for my father..they make him critical...then I went out and went another kavery hospital...vellan hospital have only big buildings they have no experienced nursing staff .no good house keeping...even no doctors....only they demands money..even they have no lab they send blood samples to kavery hospital..don't look his 5 star rating they are cheater..all are paid promotions...

Good hospital, good treatment, cast is very normal and experience doctors here in floor, all are is helping mind, All the medicine are available in this hospital, this is speciality hospital every doctors available one of the best hospital in Trichy.

We visited two days before in emergency, In emergency ward bed coves had too much blood stain and dirt. Kindly do the needful to keep area clean to avoid spread of infection.

Clean and conducive ambience at Hospital. Staff are so approachable to engage and clarify our queries. Only one thing the time interval to have consultation with various specialists are too long and tired some to be present the whole day.
