Clean, neat and well arranged cafe. Good variety of pastries, south Indian snacks, mini lunch with North Indian options. Junk foods are also available. Coffee is very tasty. Prices are reasonable. Located on the busy Cross Cut Road in Gandhipuram. Parking will be an issue. Should visit.
We ordered ghee pudi idli, onion ghee roast, sambar vada and coffee. Each of the items were delicious. The dosa was really tasty, the idli was good too. The main show stealer was coffee, it was really really good. True filter coffee taste. They provide coffee in brass vessels giving it an authentic feel. Do try this place in coimbatore for breakfast. The prices are reasonable too.
The place was very clean and the food was prepared n served in a well hygiene manner!! Starting from coffee, chats and shakes you can get all North Indian and South Indian dishes. Would definitely recommend this place for all you can eat dining
I was in old velan coffee but Today I visited new modern velan coffee it is a truly remarkable experience... But always crowded because the shop is placed at the heart of gandhipuram city. Mushroom fry is super taste, Tea is strong and sweet....

Positive - Very Hygienic, Very good ambience, budget friendly, taste very good. As usual self service. Velan has coffee tea. Salem Ravichandran Tiffin Hosue has lot of menu items like - South India, Chinese foods. Snacks like chat, pizza burger, sandwich, baking items, chat items, ice cream, falooda and milkshake. Please refer menu attached. Very big negative - space constraints. Seating capacity is very less. Since they have full meal food they should have more seating.
