Need to improve treatment as well as hospitality. Some doctors are taking good care of patients but some are not. It is very difficult for patients who needs Wheel chair. Patient has to wait for Wheel chair for 20 to 25 minutes at all times. Doctors are prescribing many tests and testing centers are located at various floors and wheel chair not available on time. By the time you get your test reports, OPD treatment time will end.

One of the best canteen here, lot of varieties Available, chicken biriyani,chicken rice , puffs, all type of cakes And cool drinks etc, as Hospital it is very poor , whenever you shift to general Wards, GH 100 times better than Velammal. Fully money oriented staff. Still we are here 6.8.23, it is going very worst, even a bed sheet And patient dress (gown) also not Available they Said.

It doesn't look like a hospital. It's like some IT companies in a metro city. Neat and clean environment but I felt the treatment was too costly.

The callousness exhibited by the medical personnel was nothing short of appalling and left me feeling neglected and invisible throughout my stay. Furthermore, the sanitation and hygiene standards were disgraceful. The facility reeked of an unpleasant odor, suggesting a severe lack of cleanliness. I couldn't help but fear for my health as I observed dusty, stained surfaces, and uncleaned medical equipment scattered around the premises. It is outrageous that a place claiming to promote healing and wellness can neglect such basic sanitary protocols. Moreover, the level of medical care provided at [Hospital Name] was shockingly subpar. Despite expressing my concerns and symptoms repeatedly, the attending physicians seemed uninterested in investigating the root cause of my condition. Instead, they treated like just another number on their assembly line, subjected to a hasty and inadequate diagnosis that failed to address my actual health issues. Adding insult to injury, the administrative staff demonstrated a complete lack of organization and efficiency. My paperwork was repeatedly misplaced, leading to lengthy delays in receiving the care I urgently needed. The bureaucracy and red tape within the hospital only exacerbated my already dire situation, leaving me feeling helpless and abandoned. What's even more disheartening is that my negative experience is not an isolated incident. I encountered numerous other patients during my stay who shared similar grievances about the hospital's abysmal service and disinterested attitude towards patient well-being. In conclusion, my time at [Hospital Name] was nothing short of traumatic, leaving me with a deep-seated distrust of the healthcare system. I implore anyone seeking medical assistance to avoid this hospital at all costs. Your health and well-being deserve better than the callousness, negligence, and incompetence displayed by the staff at here.

Not worthy to give,even single star ratings.Patients are used to take classes for the training doctors and for MBBS students. My experience was exactly what we are watching in movies and they are cheating the people those who don't know about the medical field.They are getting medicines from ICU patient and doing free medical checkup and operation. Please, don't trust them as a blind people.Better avoid going to this hospital.

Don't go for this hospital. Worst treatment for cancer & tumar. He was very normal and weight 70kgs. He went to the hospital on his own for a small tumar at his neck, doctor said it's in starting stage so no issues just a simple surgery and chemotherapy will be given. They admit, but after surgery he can't do anything with in a month his weight reduced to 30kgs but they gave treatment for 1 year. finally on one day they said your son's body is not accepting English medicine so we don't give any treatment take and go to your home but the next few days he died. They charged 8 lac rupees but they can't treat properly. Worst hospital For cancer & tumar go for CRC (cancer research center in kerela hospital world class treatment for free of cost)

My experience with the hospital was very good in terms of service for emergency care. Good infrastructure, with latest tools. Diagnostics is outstanding. Doctors are found attentive at any given point of time towards medical care for all type of patients. Bill desk was comparitively good and sorted out my issues on time. Little bit expensive.
