I and my sister had delivered in this hospital, Dr Vijayalakshmi is kind and she is well experienced. She handles situations very professionally and never makes us feel panic Thank you to the service provided by the hospital and Mam.

Visited for my father in law's treatment exactly a year ago, Dr.Sampath Kumar is simply great. The only drawback is his availability , one needs patience to get consultation because doctor is mostly in surgery. He explained the issue for a whole 30mins, he's so polite and attends calls at untime also. The hospital management needs improvement but the doctor makes up for everything.

My two Daughters delivered in this hospital.our experience was a pleasant one, we as parents are completely satisfied with the hospitality and service provided by Dr, Vijayalakshmi mam and hospital Thank you

The patience is must to consultant a good and kind doctor mr.sampath urin ologist.He is so polite and positive .so brisk.all emergency pain and admitted patience are given an immediate attention.OP patient have to be patience till the time for sampath sir's availability. Late evenings also he is attending the patient. Bathroom facility are neat only. We outsiders are also responsible for it's cleanliness. Good service. Reception staffs are so polite to maintain the time. Thank you.

Dr.Sampath Kumar (KPS) urologist is so polite and clearly explains everything. For an IP he even visits the patient twice apart from regular duty doctor. So will give 5 stars just for the doctor. Amex card is not accepted. One of the drawbacks is the nursing service & hygiene cleanliness which can be improved. But the major problem is the cashier's attitude.

We admitted our father for urine related problem in Vela Hospital and had a terribly bad experience... would rate the hospital in minus in service wise and hygiene and cleanliness wise... The receptionist noted these complaints with no effective remedies... very worst hospital... please please don't choose this hospital if you ever care for nursing service & hygiene cleanliness.

Sharing in detail step by step. 1. After folic cathedral was inserted the urine bag became full. The nurses over there will not empty the bag. Only the attender (one accompanying the pt) has to empty by filling in a can and pouring in the toilet.. 2. After coloprep given my father passed heavy stool which overflow the diaper and spread allover bedcover shirt trousers etc these has to be cleaned by the person accompanying pt and also the hospital debt have even a wipe to wipeoff motion nor a plastic bag to dispose the diaper. All these the pt has to bring. 3. The bed cover was changed and a new bedcover was put where it had motion and vomit stains of other pts... 5. My father vomited wherein we hv to shout for tge nurses or sisters help... they never go rounds... they has a reception chair where they sit all time... not even once they come in rounds... 4. The urinebag became full and while emptying spilled... it took 1.5hrs to clean as the whole hospital has only one cleaner... 5. Saline antibiotics ulcer meds fluids all were given thru drips... while this procedure the nurse didn't wear gloves, the pinned needle they just kept on pt bed , blood stained gauze and cotton keep on pt bed, scissors to cut medicines keep on pt table were don't use kidney bean tray.. The receptionist noted these complaints with no effective remedies... very worst hospital... please please don't chose this hospital if you ever care for nursing service & hygiene cleanliness
