Even the senior doctor Mr Karthik was polite and gentle but nurse behaviour is really worse and rude. Especially in the pharmacy, those people need to be changed for sure. I went as an out patient. Satisfied with fees n prescription expenses.

One of best hospital in Town. But the fee for treatment is slightly higher then other town. Well maintained and lab facilities are available inside the hospital. Ambulance facility is also available in this hospital. LIFT facility also available for patients.

All, I was really impressed on this hospital and treatment as they provided . My mom is admitted for Fever which we taken hospitalization for 3 days as the treatment and nursing service is awesome. Especially I was totally impressed on medical claim approach, The person who works there name ""Arivalagan"" on the Insurance claim department was really impressed to handling who looks for medical claim as he worked with our Medicare Team even we discharged from the hospital and ensure that claim get processed and refunding to us .Normally Hospitals are prefer to get cash, however they want to claim through the insurance which is really impressing here. I would like to give 5 star rating over all to the hospital Cleaning , Maintenance and staffs . "Keep On Doing this "

2days before my baby affected in seizure, Dr. Ahamad fazil reference we are admit our baby to this hospital and there 3 doctors start their procedure they are gave 3type of medicine at that time without any time gap and they're not ready to wait how to respond the child body.. In a difficult situation we r decided to shift another hospital and that doc told me no need to gave this type of medicine and this are all high dose madicine. I don't no why that doctors doing like this, they r put down people life more in danger. Importantly, that ambulance very worst

Very very worst hospital. Chief doctor visits hospital only once on Sundays (Morning time) even to review ICU patients. He doesn't know how to talk to patients at all. Chief doctor gets the review details of the ICU & other patients, over the phone and giving instructions to the nurses on what to do next. Once the patient is shifted from ICU to common ward, doctors are not checking the patient condition properly. Even when the power goes off, they are not switching on the generator. Literally no one is working properly or talking responsibly. Duty doctors doesn't seem to be knowledgeable. If the doctor says at 9 AM, that the patient will be discharged today, then they will discharge by the end of the day only even there was nothing to check or whatever. In short - Never ever visit this hospital.

good treatment, hospitality, doctors and nurses. but staff(insurance) behaviour was the worst. he won't give respect to anyone, and doesn't know how to communicate with people.
