Worst hotel in Kumbakonam. If you want to waste your money for nothing go this hotel. No facilities.. bathroom is extremely small.i stayed here last week and wasted my money. Tv remote won't work. Intercom didn't work.. has to go down to ask for anything everytime. They have AC switch in reception and switch it off without even asking you. Same for water heater as well.. no towel.soap or not even a glass of water provided. But they charge you 1100 for a AC room. Utter waste . Hotel is run by some greedy fellow who wants to take our money for not providing least of the facilities. Even an ordinary old lodge provides better facilities.. absolutely irresponsible on the owner part. PLEASE GO TO SOME OTHER GOOD HOTEL OR ANY OTHER HOTEL OTHER THAN THIS SINCE ANY OTHER WILL BE BETTER THAN IS NONSENSE.. AGAIN I EMPHASIZE THAT THIS HOTEL IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY
Suit rooms are best, rest all very less maintenance, not recommended single or double rooms
We booked Non A.C double deluxe room. The room is Clean and Neat with Bed,Blanket. Rest room is neat, Hot water is also available for bathing. Television, Dress hanger, dressing table and Table is available.RO drinking water also provided by them. If you are young couple please carry valid ID proof for both and also marriage photo with you. 15 mins walk from kumbakonam railway station and 10 mins from bus stand. Many shops, Veg and Non veg hotels are around 300 metres radius.
Location is good but room like a old style value for money rs 1120 for double ac room
