Veggies - Pure Veg Fast Food Restaurant - Restaurant in Lonavala - Pune, India

Had on okeish experience at Veggies. I would rate it 2 because the food tasted OK, nothing brilliant about it. The real problem is billing, the charge a whopping 18% GST on top of an overpriced menu for an outdoor seating restaurant. Upon confronting and asking for a room tariff rate card, lame excuses came in like "we follow dynamic pricing all year etc" , "GST issues" "well we aren't keeping this to our selves" and eventually this guy refused to provide Piccadle Hotel tariff card and do any help and bluntly went away. Definitely no recommendations to visit here. Much better food at much better prices with much transparent billing at other restaurants in the vicinity.

I had gone for dinner at this place with my wife. The vibe, and seating arrangement were good but the customer service was not up to the mark. I ordered red sauce pasta, it was delicious. The only problem was that while serving the waiter dropped the garlic bread on our table instead of serving it on the plate and he didn't pick it up or apologize. We had to call the manager to complain, he picked it up and said he will get the fresh one but he never returned. Finally, we complained about the same issue to a lady manager, she apologized but I didn't feel she meant it. We didn't want the extra garlic bread or any discount but atleast they could have picked it up in the first instance only rather than calling them again.

This Thai curry is for your taste buds if you relish eating tasty food. This one will definitely be recommended for all those who love coconut base curry. You can choose from 3 gravies (red/yellow/green) and the soothing music will make it perfect for an outting with friends.

Just stopped on the way back to Pune for dinner. It was late by 10.30pm a we were looking for pure veg restaurant as 2 of 4 were having upvas. Right on the old pune Mumbai road at lonavala. Parking is bit busy. Restaurant premises is good. Food was good. Though for dinner in fastfood atea , the options are very limited so if U want more choice, you prefer inside restaurant. Paneer butter masala was nice. Veg Kolhapuri was just ok. Rice n dal was delicious. Good outlet for fast service n veg food.

Perfect ambience for dinner. Asthenic interior and sitting arrangements. They have limited menu. Open kitchen. Service is fast. Staff is very polite and professional. Punches for Salt, Sugar, Sauce, Pepper, etc. We ordered in restaurant - 1. Manchow Soup - Good. 2. Panner Tikka Masala - Sour in taste. 3. Butter Roti - Good. We ordered online - 1. Dal Fry - It is mentioned as their 'Bestseller' but we got very disappointed as it was very watery with no taste at all. Rarely we saw dal in it. Very bad. 2. Steamed Rice - Quantity of 1 plate can serve 3 people.

Pathetic food. Too much waiting even though max 20 ppl were there. Servers are rude and do not listen to what you want. When my wife asked for sweet n salty lime soda , the server said Sugar rakha hai samane daal lo. We were served with spoiled manchurian, even 2nd time it was too vinegary. The people sitting opposite to our table were waiting for their order forever. Will never suggest this place. Total waste of money.

Worst Service , Manager is extra smart, Food quality not satisfied, pathetic service. Don't go just by looking at the view, the food taste is not worth it of charges they take , service is bad. Wouldn't not recommend

I ordered red sauce pasta there the taste was not good after I told the manager they did not change me they said I will talk to the chef then they ignored me there is 5% GST on the food bill they charge 18% GST from the customer then I told the manager Jitendra they told me Didn't give a response properly Left and smiling Manager Is Extra Smart
