Vegetrainian- The Train Restaurant - North Indian restaurant in Kota - Kota, India

They have changed their location and I think team too has been changed as earlier reviews of this place were quite negative but didn't find any negative in recent visit. Visited for dinner and had Veg tikka platter,Paneer Lawabdar,Mix veg and stuffed naan and seriously all of them tasted quite good, only negative point noticed was the price which is slightly on higher side otherwise it is a decent place for a family treat. Concept is unique. Food is served using toy trains. Thumbs up to this place.

Worst food ever eaten ... I did not expect food like this from this place .. I have ordered sizzler , the kebabs were completely raw and rice was wet and full of sauces with no taste . Staff behaviour was not polite. Never coming here again and suggest every one not to visit here

All in all " DON'T GO THERE" The trains: they don't work 80 pecent of the time, and deliver wrong item, spill food on track when they do. Waiters and other staff: well there ain't much staff to start with, hence delay of orders, have to scream for obvious things like water and onions like 10 times before they bring things, and they unprofessional too... Food: well I can make a better soup with a knor 10rs ready to make soup packet for which they charge 120-140 rs and also the quantity is like less than a small size bowl, with steel spoon to have hot soup...like really?? None of the food tasted good, it was overpriced and basic and utensils were not properly cleaned. Not worth the money. Half the things on the menu are not available... Actually more than half... All in all " DON'T GO THERE"

Ambience is good no doubt. But food was pathetic, I ordered chilli paneer, it was nothing like that plus gobhi Manchurian was like gobhi vegetable , Condition of washroom can't be expressed in words.

Very expensive food but Not bad service

Worst ever experience...They don't care their Customers! We went and ordered Sweet corn soup and Pizza, Surprisingly the soup was bitter in taste and they took 50 mins to serve. Taste is pathetic and staff behaviour is worst. The manager told us you are only one who is complaining, all other customers are happy. They even don't know how to cut the pizza. It's overhyped restaurant with poor test, bad service and worst staff behaviour. Zero Star

Today i visited this amazing palce with a totally different concept they serve food through the train. It is the great place with an amazing ambience to hangout with friends and family Here I tried Startar 1.yello paneer tikka 2..veg staf galuthi kawab(recommended) Main course 1.Handi Nawabi paneer(recommended) 2.chana masala 3.Tawa sabz takatak(recommended) 4.Dal makhani(recommended) 5.fruit coktel Raita Bread. 1.Lacha paratha(recommended) 2.Butter naan 3.Stuff naan(recommended) 4.Jungli roti Beverages 1. Cold coffee 2. Oreo shake(recommended) 3. Virgin Mojito Everything was amazing in taste. Do visit once.
