I went to buy jwellery to that shop after reading reviews like they charge less wastage/making changes. But what I have found that they were charging me 22% wastage for the ring I selected!! After burgaining they reduced it to 16% which was fare enough for me. I was about to agree to buy the jwellery but thankfully I noticed they were charging me 24ct gold charges instead of 22ct. This people are froud!! I ended up buying from another big shop with far better price. Anyway showroom stuffs were very nice and polite .

Vega Jewellers was one of the many stores that we visited on our quest to purchase some jewellery for our daughter. Of all the stores, we place Vega Jewellers as the best for a few reasons. First and foremost, the customer service has been beyond exceptional. Our sales person Gayathri M. went above and beyond to help us find the right item and was also great working with kids. She was beyond patient and also had our best interest in mind giving us advice on how best to re-utilize our existing old gold. This type of customer service is one of a kind and this alone will make us visit again and recommend to all of our friends. Secondly, the number of designs for each of the items is vast. Gayathri patiently and with zero pressure showed us through the collection of items and never had even a sense of frustration as we looked through their collection. Lastly, everyone at the store made us feel very welcome including the floor manager. We highly recommend Vega and will for sure visit again in the future.
Excellent service right from the entrance!! Madhu was very patient and attentive throughout our visit and showed us different designs. They offered watermelon juice, it was yum!! And wait, let me edit this, they even provided lunch, tbh it's homely!

Vega has unlimited number of designs in various collections.They also have each floor dedicated to the type of jewelry you're looking for. Extremely happy with the purchases our family members made.
