Room- Ok size room as mentioned but dirty & old looking linen, sheets & covers, towels. extremely uncomfortable bed & gets squeezed down while you are laying down.You cant sleep peacefully for 7 hours on this. Wifi & Network - phone network in property is ok but very poor wifi connection. even after making a request for improvement or updating rooms with better WiFi- it was not resolved. if looking to do office work from here, you might be disappointed. Staff & Service - request to change sheets. cover etc was not completed. wifi improvement etc was neglected. No response is the default setting. There is not so hospitable staff available to ignore all of your requests. Housekeeping hours are very limited. Location is ok not great though but in 1 km restaurant & markets are available. breakfast- A very below average restaurant is available to serve you just ok dosa & bread jam in morning but compared to other things in hotel, this is still better. one small lift for 5 6 floors & can get very busy at times. Overall you should look for less shiny studio apartments in lesser cost instead of paying 2.5k to 3k here. or can pay extra 400-500 & get much much better stay in the same area.
1. Receptionist are patient and polite approaching and helping mind. With starter pack. 2. Room service are on time to approaching with coffee and other as per instruction. 3. Room, restroom are good with clean. 4. Location is good 5. We enjoyed the chillness with happiness.
Good place to stay with family, Located at prime location liked Buffet Breakfast. Price looks higher for in house food (Lunch and Dinner) but we can order online. Rooms are very spacious.
Location is not accessible to public transport or metro. No restaurants or eateries nearby. Hotel room is spacious. Cleanliness is ok. Wi-Fi is ok not strong. Staff are ok. Hair dryer is available. Mini fridge is there in the room. TV is 27" only. Split AC with remote. Suitable for work trip or short trip to Gachibowli.
Decent Hotel with reasonable price. . People are good. They are ready to listen. Manager Ajay is great guy and always listens customers. Only one thing needs to improve that's the breakfast items.

A good hotel in a very prime location. All the public transports are nearby. Metro is also not that far. Various eateries are available nearby. You can also Zomato. Many pubs are also there. Parking is available.
We booked a family cottage and 1 deluxe room. We searched many options in this location but found this one reasonable and convinent. We had the pleasure of staying here and the market and other places were also close to the nearby hotel location good The staff was very cooperative.
