Very slow service. Even if it is self-service also, order service is not good

Most untidy place on earth Rats roam around along with people. The restaurant owner is absolutely arrogant & always bothered about Money

It's of delicious dishes, breakfast and tea-coffee etc.. But service point of view it is just okay. Atmosphere point of view also it's okay.

Food is OK but. That curry with chapati and parts is excellent

Right from the owner to server, everybody in this dirty hotel are so arrogant and ill treats customers. Humiliation starts from the one sitting in cash counter without even minimum levels of courtesy. After this hurdle, as you pass on to collect your order, the age old head strong servers will bark at you ruthlessly after making you wait for minimum of 15 minutes. They treat customers in such a way as if they are running a choultry and every one should be at their mercy. You must take what they offer and not what you want. Food is not that great or worth it. You should scream, shout, fight and also beg for anything you require and they throw at you as if you are there to disturb them...!! The rates were so high but completely lack hygiene and basic courtesy. Surprisingly, the owner supports their servers and don't mind to lose customers at the cost of their pride, arrogance and hysteric staff. Not at all worth it and we don't deserve such humiliation in return. Overall, the worst experience that is being hated by any one. Better close down the hotel when you don't know the basics.

Taste and everything are good. But there are two issues I would like to mention. I had been to the restaurant thrice, everytime on a Sunday. Once, at 9.30 AM they ran out of chutney on a Sunday morning. That's hard to expect from a place like this as it was not too late in the morning and predominantly everything in the restaurant is served with a chutney. Then, another time I've ordered myself a plate of Mysore Bonda. When I've asked them for an extra serving of chutney with only one Bonda left in my plate, the server guy refused saying why I need extra chutney for just a single Bonda. He also added that their owners will be angry if there's any chutney left in the empty plates. At last he served me the chutney that I've asked for but the whole drama before that was unnecessary. Duh. What am I asking? Just one or two spoonfuls of chutney. Nothing more. *face-palm*

Tiffins above average. Veg Biryani is the best in town with very less price. cpaati curry is very good

Charging Rupees 20 extra just for sambhar
