Has everything a person needs for working out. Cardio and strength equipment were kept in first floor and weights on the top floor.

I never seen such equipment in any other gym... The environment is good and The coach is friendly with each other and gym is of large floor area...

Place is good for Both weight training and Cardio, it also has Steam bath. I think the weight training centre is less equipped and lacks trainers

Good equipment and the trainer is friendly and tough on you when needed. Reasonable fees. If u stay close to it, go for it.
