Service was fine, But there was one Service Advisor named Mr.Siddique who behaves so rudely to customers, thinks like he is an all in all of Mahindra Company, as he is the MD of Mahindra Group, he is such a worst person I have ever met in my life...Guyzz if he takes care of your Service, then thats it you and your Vehicle's life will be over....
I booked a thar befor three months. the delivery date was fixed and all the paper work was done. i planed my vaccation accordingly. on the very next day of delivery the sales team played in between and asking me wait for 2 more weeks. Irresponsible staffs who cannot keep there words. the how can we trust them to have a long term relation.
Literally bad experience with Veer Mahindra Kanhangad. Done service (Bolero)last week and not satisfied with that. They not checked the battery status and currently vehicle ignition is not working properly. Moreover they didn't checked Air conditioning unit.
