You will get bus tickets to go Jaigaon, Siliguri, Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar from here. But the place is too busy and unorganised. Entrance road is in pathetic condition. Local authority take no action to modify the roads and overall infrastructure of the bus terminal. People spiting, do toilet here and there. There is nobody to stop them.
Place is good but it's too far to reach for maximum people lives beyond the rail gate in Birpara ... But in the previous time before shifting bus stand we had been faced a jam like condition on the road ... And now there is no other any situation like this after the shifting... And now it needs to improve for better transporting system.
Buses for Siliguri via sevoke as well as bypass jalpaiguri are available till 4:30 PM .You could also catch state bus from outside of the bus stop. No need to worry if you are looking for entering into land of dragon(Bhutan).Buses are easily available upto Jaigaon(Gateway to Bhutan)

The place is now a days covered by the dust. Poor maintenance though it is not yet developed. Need time.. Drinking water and mic - ing are good.. also there is a Toilet.

From bus stand to chowpatti like 200mtrs road is totally damaged but the servicing of this bus stand is good.
