Verry verry bad experience, khup faltu travels aahe, they don't have sence how to talk traveller, they inform traveller 10 min before that, the bus has cancelled. They don't even helf customer to arrange any other travel, I had very bad experience with this them, please do not book your ticket with this bus.
I travelled from aurangabad to chandrapur by Vidarbha travels on 14th Jan 17. The quality of bus is pathetic. Such a bad smell was coming from curtains and bed sheets. Provider is very much poor in maintaining hygienic condition. My berth number was 17 U and the window glass adjacent to my berth was not air tightened. Outside air wad rushed inside the bus. After 11.30 pm operator has switched off the A.C. don't know why, may be saving money. Such a horrible experiance. Don't react try to replinish the errors.
As compare to other travels this is not good for journey because staff behaviour not good. Every time late for departure.Schedule timin not maintained punctualy. Every time travels reach late in mumbai.
My experiance in vidharbha travels is very nice because Mauli travels is very best service give me in my Journey.
