We arrived safely home yesterday after a wonderful trip to Manali . We have so many lovely memories of our time in India, not to mention a few souvenirs! Thank you for your assistance with our travel arrangements, everything went very well. The hotels were very good and provided a lovely mix of modern and heritage. The guides were always very keen to share their knowledge of the sights we visited and were keen to be flexible to meet our requirements. I would particularly like to send our thanks to Mr Sachin who did a great job as our guide on our travels. He was always very helpful and courteous. Please pass our thanks on to him.
No stars. If I have a choice. Worst worst service. Not recommended at all. He asked us to book a ticket for NewZealand but we couldn't receive a visa. He lied and said everything would be on time and I have an experience of 12 years. But when visa issue arrived he blamed it on immigration. More than worst attitude. We lost 10 lacs rupees because of his dumbness. I would like to announce his name here - Sachin Patil. A big no no for his service. Rather apply visa by yourself, you will safe. Trust me !!!!!

We had booked Veena World Northern Lights EUNL230223 Tour with Travel N Joy, Jalgaon. Our pre-departure tour experience was delightful, and Mr Ashish Patil was very proactive and helpful, with timely, relevant and complete information. Veena World's 'on-line' audio's and Zoom meet's were definitely useful. The Tour itself was excellent and extremely memorable, as our Group was fortunate enough, to see the great celestial spectacle twice. What a grand sight, even with naked eyes ! The Tour Manager Mr Mehul was very caring and professional, with very good insights, due to his vast & past experience. Thanks to Veena World and Travel N Joy, Jalgaon, we are both nearing 70's, but have confidently booked the next Europe tour with them already, and God willing, more in future.
