She ensured that our booking experience was smooth n hassle free. Everything was managed so good, she got our tickets booked tour booked boarding passes done, we didn't even have to worry about a single thing. Even our tour was good, food was good, tour guides gave quality information and took care of us. We booked our first tour with Veena World, our tour name was Gujarat with Statue of Unity. I am sharing my experience here - The management is very good, our tour booking experience with Veena was smooth and hassle free. Booking manager Miss. Aarti at this office is very cooperative, empathetic and patient. Every time we called her, she ensured to provide complete resolution and support. Even our simplest of the questions were answered very patiently. She is definitely one of best staff at Veena World Thank you so much for such good support! The entire tour was worth every penny. Even our Tour manager Mr. Sagar Gurav ensured that the entire tour was hassle free and enjoyable. I would recommend to travel with this organisation.
An enjoyable and memorable experience of touring Europe with Veena World. Entire tour was very well conducted by manager Rajesh Salvi through his enthusiastic initiatives and cool, polite approach while dealing with a diverse group of 40+. Good accommodation, good food and good sequencing of locations made it all comfortable and exciting. It was a wonderful experience for us. All your arrangements were up to the mark. All hotels and transportation arrangements were excellent. Everything was good...i liked everything...very quick response. We have lot of memories in the whole trip . We had great fun. enjoyed each & every moment..
Our experience with Veena world was really nice. We felt that we got to enjoy our moneys worth. The tour guide was really nice and helpful. All the main tourist attractions were covered and we got to sit back and enjoy with them planning everything for us. Our overall experience was good with Veena world. Afternoon tea and snacks were not provided. That was the only thing that I missed in an otherwise great trip.
Excellent management, good timings, good tour plan, good support from tour managers and good tourist spots were covered. Tour was completed with great professionalism. Well done veena world!
