I booked a Kashmir Honeymoon Tour for me and my Husband. The charges for the tour was 41k per person excluding flights. This included Food stay and travel. However we were not informed by Veena World that additional travel cost of atleast 7k per day would be incurred in Kashmir as tour company vehicles are not allowed after a certain point in tourist destinations at Kashmir. We would require to book local taxi for the day which was minimum of 6-7k per day. So the amount of 41k per person i.e. 82k included food stay and travel to the base point of the tourist location only for 5 days only. This was not worth the experience. In addition to all this the driver on the first day, by mistakenly threw one of our bags in Dal lake and we were out of winter clothes for 2 days. The same was dry cleaned but took 2 days for the same. Later we changed the driver who also on the trip to Gulmarg made us add additional stops in our day itinerary because of which the tourist spots were touch and go and we could not enjoy it to the fullest. Also, at low temperature locations like Gulmarg we were not guided by the tour guide/ driver what are the things we will need eg food medicines & water etc. Not worth it travelling with Veena World. Would recommend you to go with your local travel agent guy.

Nice staff.. convenient location..the only drawback is the office closes by 7 and not open on Sundays. The working people like us are not able to take the benefit of their service. We'll we can surely check itinerary online being techie but for queries and booking I personally would prefer visiting their place. Just a suggestion if they can implement

Lack basic courtesy.. we have been following up for a tour and visited the offce couple of times.. in our last visit the concerned person looked to be disinterested.. may be he was over worked.. he hinted (in front of us) the lady who was explaining is the tour details that it's 7.45( time to close). we felt humiliated and left the office without booking.. disappointed..!!
I wish to give 0 star to this people. Mom Dad have book a Europe trip for Rs 5+ Lacs in March 2020. Global pandemic have pause everything but Veena world is not returning a single penny instead they had given So cold credit. When asking about alternative and after mentioning that we will go to Ghrahak Munch they come up with custom international tour option. For that we have submitted itinerary last Sunday , it has been a complete work week now but still they haven't come back with costing details. Ms Shweta Gorhe and Ms Kedar are the poorest staff we ever found.
