Great customer service. Attended us within minutes. The agent was polite and kind to explain us in detail the plan. However only shortcoming I felt is the customized plans were a bit expensive compared to other companies/agents.
What can I say of Veena world .I have really nostalgic memories with them .Their tours are so perfectly customized to your needs that you can travel totally hassle free with the.Just sit back and relax while they do everything for you.The tour guides are very friendly and extremely helpful and hospitable. the tours are planned in such a way that you get to see the best places in a particular location and it does not burn a hole in your pocket.They have group tours which we had opted for plus they have totally customized ones that are a bit costlier . Food is usually very tasty and hygienic throughout the trip .

This is a sister concern company, but it's alright to book with them. The receptionist is a bit clampsy, so please double check all the details from your end too. Their packages are good and affordable. The office premises is neat and clean.
