Great customer service. Attended us within minutes. The agent was polite and kind to explain us in detail the plan. However only shortcoming I felt is the customized plans were a bit expensive compared to other companies/agents.

We were on 7 days Switzerland tour. The arrangements by Veena World was awesome. All the details were very well taken care of. We don't have to worry about anything like visa, ticketing etc. Our tour manager Mr. Amit Sawant was excellent and took care of even the smallest things. He ensured that time was not wasted at any spot. The executive at Borivali Ms Gauravi Barve and Mr. Abhishek (Visa) were very co-operative and efficient.

I have approached for a customised family trip which would be expensive however associate was keen to push group tour.. I have tried explaining yet she pitched twice. No complaints against the associate however as a team they need to understand customers requirement and what is best in their interest.
