I've been to this resturant 4 times till now and the service is awful everytime
The staff is tolerable but the manager is very arrogant.
The food is decent not very good but you can go just for the remote location and the lake infront of it Or the swimming pool.
Most of the main course items are bad, starters are pretty average overall the food is decent but service is one of the worst service I've ever received.
It was very good service. The food is also very delicious. Housekeeping executive Mr. Pradeep Rajak ji's behavior was excellent and he was very professional. Overall, Pradeep ji made all the arrangements convenient. So thanks for the best service.
The pool is operational only from 8am to 7pm which is a shocker! I came here for a business trip, and at the end of the day when the hotel is located far from the city and the hotel itself having a dead atmosphere, one would definitely love to swim for a bit. But even after requesting to open for half an hour, the hotel straight away denied. They won't even open early. 8 am is when we go to work! And they need to stop letting young boys drink and smoke around the pool.
It's a good place to put up however the only problem with the location is that it's really far from the railway station. Otherwise the room, in-house restaurants, and service are wonderful.
Location is convenient if you are going to ESL Steel. It's located at Chaas, not exactly inside the Bokaro city. Cleanliness is a concern. Food and service are great. A touch of professionalism would help.
Stayed there for 3 days, the staff was nice and welcoming. The room service was amazing. I will prefer the same hotel anyday I come to Bokaro
I didn't get the good experience,if I talk about rooms there was shortage of electricity where I was unable to charge my equipment,room smell very bad ,
