Perfect example for "Old is Gold". Masons who come for alterations say that this construction is the strongest among the 50+ apartments they have altered in their lifetime. FYI-My washroom took 2 full days for him to just remove existing tiles!!! I bet you will find it difficult to find such an ethically build-up apartment in the vicinity. 2 sand pits for kids to play. 2 outdoor badminton courts. 1 laundry shop 1 hardware shop(Tyres) Local bus stop within 500m of walking. KSRTC bus stand-1500 m away. Market within 500m of walking. 5+ hotels/eateries within 500m of walking. CCTV installed for round-the-clock monitoring. 5 common gardens, 3 private gardens. Parking for 30+ 4 wheelers and free parking for 30+ 2 wheelers. All this was the planning and execution of the builder 3 decades ago!!!
I have stayed in this society for around 3 years. Loved the ambience and people around there. It's a very well known and a big society along with children's park and playing area. It is 200 mtrs walking to Urwastores bus stop and around 1km to Infosys kottara. One grocery store is inside the complex and two outside. Stores available nearby like.. More super market, Domino's, Bakery, Wines, Restaurants, Electricals, Furniture and I think almost everything.

Old residential complex. Multi storey building but no lift. One has to climb four floors if you have to visit your friend or relative living on 4th floor.
