Best Resort. . Most liked thing is we asked some specials to staff and they agreed . This is called customer delight. .. Food , can't stop overeating , nice rooms , and staf behaviour is superb . must go place... Best wishes to hotel.
This is a very good resort and its service is also very good. The room of this resort is also super deluxe. It takes only 40 minutes from Surat. Reaching and dining and drinks were also very good and this is also a good option for photography in this resort. Yesterday there was janmashtami celebration too which felt very good over-all this resort is best I would like to go there once more.

Very Bad Service. Chindi People. Third Class Attitude. They are very particular about Timings. DJ (which is meant for Night) will close at 9pm. Dinner gate will be closed at 10pm. No Relaxation, No Support what-so-ever. It was like I was in a School and not in a Resort. They will show you different room and then will give cheaper priced Room (even if the Hotel is Empty, then will not change the Rooms). They will show you Lunch & Dinner Buffet, but will serve you at Table. False Commitments and No changes then. I wonder why there are very very less Guests at the Property.
Lovely resort with great scenery it was green all around the staff was amazing and well behaved the best part was food which was so mouth watering that you can't stop overeating.Although the resort was amazing.You should plan a trip with your family here.
It is very good holiday resort place with well maintained amenities. All staff is well mannered and professional. Just want to highlight on remarks on food put fresh bakery items in breakfast.
