Absolutely loved the prenatal yoga classes by Shrankhla.... It was something I used to look forward to every morning even until the final delivery date.... Online classes never felt like they were online as Shrankhla would make sure she is looking at each of us making sure that all our asanas were being performed properly... she gives a personal touch to her teaching and I can't wait to start with post natal classes! Totally recommend!!!!

It was really an amazing experience. All thanks to Tushar sir for the wonderful session. It was relaxing and at the same time we felt energetic too. I can say that our city is developing.

It was great to be part of Vedigya. It truly changed the way traditional yoga classes were taught....from dancing on Dear Zindagi to holding complex asanas the energy has always motivated me. Joining the prenatal yoga classes from vedigya ( kirti mam & shrankhala mam) has been one of the best things I've done through my pregnancy so far! I've gained respect and love for my body and confidence in all that I'm capable of as a mother. I always used to leave class with my body feeling stronger, more comfortable, and relaxed.
