Hands down, One of the best people in the industry to learn yoga from. Mr. Shoshthav is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person. His directions are clear and precise so you're not looking up to check you're doing the right thing, and he's very observant, constantly checking you're positioning. Ms. Kalpanas ability to translate complex information into easily accessible concepts is first class.

Under the super supportive guidance of Dr. Saushthav Khevadia Sir and Kalpna Madam I joined VEDIC YOGSHALA at Arya Nagar Chowk, Haridwar only one and half month ago. Day by day I am feeling improvement in my strength, balance and flexibility. Definitely I should have joined Vedic Yogshala much earlier or I feel so.
