Good hotel to stay away from the hustle and bustle of city but not a place to enjoy good food. Large spacious rooms. We had buffet dinner and breakfast during our stay. Breakfast average. Dinner below average. Ginger tea was good. Staff is decent. Service is fine. Hot

Beautiful property. Not maintained well though. Location of the property is little interior because of which you have to eat food from the hotel only. Food though was great. Staff very nice.

READ FULLY FOR HONEST REVIEW! I Had the worst customer experience of my life here. Manager Mr.Satish is very rude to guests along with the staff who don't even have common sense to prior clean the pool or keep facilities ready inspite of prior 17 people bulk booking made... Irresponsible attitude by staffs by not picking room service numbers, even if, not completing the tasks! Special mention to Irresponsible Mr.Satish who just tries to act perfect & oversmart but doesn't even justifies his own duty and unaware of hotel internal activities & doesn't even care if guests are angry or won't come back again. No valet parking, infact proper inpremise parking, no bell boy service, no proper room service, no ambience or AC, food was just decent, swimming pool was so dirty & even inspite of requests it wasn't cleaned. Our skin started to itch. Even after repeated requests, they did not clean the pool. Only thing which is good is that it's quiet like haunted place as no one wants to visit here! Located amidst industrial hub makes it convenient to stay here for business visits. Rooms lack cleanliness, front desk service needs improvement. Dinner at this hotel is the only silver lining.

Untidy swimming pool, pathetic guest service. Manager Mr satish is quite rude to guests and so is case with other staff. Swimming pool extremely dirty, uncleaned. Our skin started to itch. Even after repeated requests, they did not clean the pool. In my opinion not a good to visit and waste your money. Manager is very very rude.

Worst hotel.. No maintenance..no exhaust fan in washroom..bad smell on inside of room.. Not deserved for even one star. Food is very.. Very horrible.. They dont know how to prepare even a single coffee.. Only good thing on this hotel is swimming pool.. Rest all are scrap.. Stay away from this hotel especially families

This is like Resort so obviously away from City.. Stay experience was exceeded to expectations great staffs and most ever comfortable calm place to stay ... preferably for couple as well as business travellers..
