Very commercial hospital. Doctor is never on time both for OP and to check admitted patients. Even if the patient is serious they will delay the process. If you admit this hospital patient illness will increase because of doctors delay. Hospital is so money minded that they had delayed process as they haven't got insurance approval and they were saying reasons that reports have not come (blood reports took 3 days to come). We would have paid cash if they had said exact reason prior and saved time. Process which was supposed to be completed in 5 to 6 days took 11 days. All this is to eat money from patients. Please avoid this hospital service is worst and they are just eating money. Patient condition has still come down even after 10 days of treatment and spending lakhs. They just loot money be very careful is my advice.

Except doctors remaining staff, nurses , insurance desk people, Pharmacy people behaviour was very rude and non responsive to anything, nurses won't check patients properly, everything worst and costly. Admitted into hospital for delivery even after trying normal delivery for 2 days even in serious condition no one present in operation theatre, condition got worse at critical time they left patient in dark room when they went for operation theatre after having labour pains of 24 hrs such a pathetic condition in this hospital. Even If you opt for package or insurance before discharge itself Anesthesia doctor is asking for money immediately without receipts. For surgery also u have to roam continuously for pharmacy even for small items , don't have common sense to arrange items for surgery. Insurance guys are cutting TDS after approval this is like another scam to cut insurance amount. Even worse is no drinking water at night times u have to buy water or plan yourself before reaching this hospital. Don't dare yourself to come here.

My recent experience with your hospital has left me frustrated and disappointed, and I feel it is important to bring these issues to your attention. Despite scheduling an appointment well in advance, I faced an excessive waiting period before being seen by a healthcare professional. This not only caused inconvenience but also resulted in unnecessary delays in receiving the medical attention I required. It is disheartening to observe that the hospital does not prioritize punctuality and fails to manage appointment timings efficiently. I hope my feedback will be taken seriously, and necessary actions will be taken to rectify the shortcomings in the appointment system and waiting period management. It is imperative for Vedanta Hospital to prioritize patient satisfaction and ensure that their time and well-being are respected throughout their healthcare journey. As a patient, I believe it is crucial for a healthcare institution to value and respect the time of its patients. Waiting for extended periods not only affects the individual's overall well-being but also undermines their confidence in the hospital's commitment to delivering prompt and efficient care.
