Character less receiptnist.She has not having sense even how to behave & talk with patients. Also during such pandemic your hospital treatment rate is very high..shame on such doctor & hospital. Rating 1 is too much for this hospital.U deserve lower than it.

I suggest traiing for receptionist. She behave rudely with visitors may be its her nature or she is not trained.
