I had one of my best yoga experiences with Veda madam. She is truly a professional in yoga and meditation. Had online classes, but they are truly as equivalent as in person classes. I definitely felt very relaxed during and after the sessions. I would highly recommend.

Veda mam has healed me mentally and physically. I have been learning yoga from her online and offline for the last 4 years:) she has been more of a mentor, has fixed by back pain issues and helped me build concentration via meditation. Highly recommended.

I had frozen sholder for 6 months, i did excercise as prescribed by my doctor too but no gain. The pain was unbearable. I started doing yoga for a month and vedha mam fixed by frozen shoulder. I know her for more than 5 years now. She is a well-wisher, a mentor and someone who will give you mental strength.

The best thing that happened in my life was joining Veda Yoga Centre. I am an IT employee and was very stressed and was finding it difficult to deal with it.
