Had a good experience with this travels. We booked AC mini van 21+1 seater for family function. Driver praveen kumar cooperated very well. It was very smooth travel. AC condition was also good. Booked 30 seater mini bus for temple visit. Nice experience throughout the process. Mathew helped with booking. Bus was very neat and clean. AC was too good. Driver Saravanan was co operative thought out the journey.

Booked Tempo Traveller from 14Jul23 to 16Jul23 for a trip to Thanjavur from Chennai. They are real professional. From the time I confirmed the booking with Token adv, they were in constant touch with me updating about the Arrangement. Driver was very Polite and cooperative. Took the TT to Tirupati from Chennai on March 9 at 9 p.m.We clearly informed them that we might return either next day night, March 10th, 12 AM, or the day after tomorrow, early morning, March 11th, 6 AM, depending on the Darshan time (free darshan). We even agreed to the additional fare if we reached Chennai only on March 11 early in the morning. The vehicle looked good outside, but inside it was not worthy. There was too much noise from the engine, and no one could sleep. And the driver was tired like anything, as he just completed another trip that they had assigned to us. I had to interact with him to make sure he was not sleepy. In between, he had some refreshments to avoid the tiredness. In between, I had to pay 100 rupees to the Andhra police just because this was a journey from TN, and we had a couple of punctures as soon as we reached Tirupati. Finally, we had a darshan on the 10th night around 11 PM, and we were returning back to Tirupati and Chennai. Till 10th night, 11 PM, we did not get any call from the Manager about the time of the return, as I had clearly communicated that we might reach back on Saturday early morning. But then the manager literally presurrised us and the driver to reach Chennai before 4 AM as he needs to give the vehicle to another group of passengers. In between, the driver wants to put Diesel in their vehicle using their company card only, and we were searching for the bunk in Tirupati. For that itself, some 1 hour is gone. Then afterwards, towards Chennai, the driver was driving very fast as he had to return the vehicle. Myself and a few family members made sure that the driver was not overspeeding and tired, and literally, we did not sleep while coming back. Finally, we reached around 5.30 AM. I would not blame the driver; he was kind and cooperative all the time. I regret booking the TT from this group for my family trip to the auspicious Tirumala trip.
