This agency doesn't have any idea about customer service. I went there to check their service and to know about their recruitment strategy; they treat me very badly. Their attitude is like I am there to beg them for something. Hello guys... If you are seeing this; give some training to your staff about customer communication. I was there to clear my doubts and to know about the procedures for the recruitment. You people act like you are the employer and giving me something free.. Guys.. you can't do that. I am paying you. So as long as I have some doubts you have to clear it. Your attitude is totally wrong. If at the beginning you have this attitude then once you have my money with you what you are going to do with me.. I know it's a long process to immigrate to Ireland . So I may have to contact you often. But the attitude you show me; I can't deal with it. I tried somewhere else and I got better treatment. Thank you

Such a pathetic agency with no liability. They never followup with the process but we need to do as per their business strategies. They have tie up with the hospital and other useless institutions and take double charge from the candidates , never answer our calls and the lady named Merlin such an arrogant person I've ever met.
